We spent our Christmas holiday at this amazing resort and it was truly a memorable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered two complementary activities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location, nestled among beautiful surroundings, was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We also loved the delicious food, especially the local cuisine.
The resort, although well-maintained, could use some updating and attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. We noticed some wear and tear on the furniture and some small details that could have been improved upon.

This hotel offers an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities that will meet all your needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, always helpful and friendly. the spa and wellness centre was a true oasis of relaxation, with a great selection of treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by a lush garden area, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. the room advantages were impressive, with spacious and well-equipped villas. the restaurant had delicious options, and the In-room breakfast was a nice touch. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot for a sundowner cocktail.
The only minor issue was the entertainment, as there were limited options available.

We had the most incredible morning walk by the lake at Uga Ulagalla. The beautiful surroundings were teeming with wildlife, from eagles and owls to monkeys and peacocks. It was a magical experience to be surrounded by nature's wonders. The hotel itself was a peaceful oasis, with luxurious cabins and private plunge pools for relaxation. The staff addressed any issues we had promptly, ensuring a comfortable stay. Highly recommended. I would recommend Uga Ulagalla for a serene and unforgettable experience.

Amazing wildlife in the surroundings, such as monkeys and land monitors. the villa was spacious. the breakfast offered was enjoyable and diverse in options to choose from.
The rooms were dirty outside of the villa, with muddy footprints and leaf litter. Food and drinks were very expensive, and the Sri Lankan dinner was not worth the high price.
